Monat Return Policy?

MONAT Global offers a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee (excluding shipping and handling charges). Customers can return the unused portion of the product within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. After 30 days, MONAT provides a 90% refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) on the return of all unopened and unused products. Returns after 90 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

For Retail and VIP Customers, the refund policy is as follows:

Order returned within 30 days after delivery: Full refund (excluding shipping and handling fees)
Order returned after 30 days but within 90 days: 90% refund (excluding shipping and handling fees)
Order returned after 90 days: No refund

Customers are responsible for the return shipment cost. If the product or promotional order is clearly labeled as non-exchangeable and non-refundable, no refund will be offered. If the promotional order requires the whole order to be returned for a full refund and it is not, the customer will not receive a refund.

For Market Partners, the refund policy is similar:
